Hands Only Skills Testing
Service Description
This Hands-On Skills Test is designed for students who have completed the online portion of any American Heart Association (AHA) course — including BLS, ACLS, or PALS — and now need to complete the required in-person skills evaluation to receive their certification card. During this session, participants will demonstrate their CPR, AED, and emergency response skills on an AHA-approved manikin while being evaluated by a certified instructor. Upon successful completion, participants will receive their official AHA eCard, valid for two years. Prerequisite: Completion of the corresponding AHA online course (HeartCode BLS, ACLS, or PALS). Course Length: Approximately 30–60 minutes. Certification: American Heart Association eCard (2-year certification upon completion). Includes: One-on-one testing with an instructor and immediate results.

Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 01/08/2026 Rescue ED is committed to providing high-quality CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS training. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before registering for a class. Course Cancellations by Participant Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund of the tuition paid. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class date are not eligible for a refund. Failure to attend a scheduled class (no-shows) is not eligible for a refund. Course Cancellations by Rescue ED Rescue ED reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event Rescue ED cancels a class, participants will be offered: A full refund, or The option to transfer registration to a future class at no additional cost. Transfers At Rescue ED’s discretion, participants may be allowed to transfer their registration to another class date. Transfer requests must be made prior to the scheduled class and are subject to availability. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Non-Refundable Fees Any third-party fees, including but not limited to payment processing fees, may be non-refundable where permitted by law. Certification Issuance Rescue ED submits participant information to the American Heart Association within 24 hours of course completion. Refunds will not be issued due to delays in certification card issuance, as this process is managed by the American Heart Association.
