These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rescue ED website, services, and training programs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rescue ED’s website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

 

Use of the Service

You agree to use Rescue ED’s services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for any content or information you submit during registration or course participation.

 

Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for classes or creating an account. Rescue ED reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

 

Training Standards and Certification

Rescue ED provides CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS training in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) standards, including required student-to-instructor ratios.

Following course completion, participant information is submitted to the American Heart Association within 24 hours of the class. Rescue ED does not control, manage, or guarantee the timeframe in which the American Heart Association issues certification cards.

 

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment is required in full prior to class attendance unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund of tuition.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are processed using the original method of payment.

 

Privacy

Your use of Rescue ED’s services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We share required participant information with the American Heart Association for certification purposes only and do not share personal information with other third parties except as required by law.

 

Disclaimer

Rescue ED provides educational training services to the best of its ability. All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or successful certification if course requirements are not met.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rescue ED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental
