American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Recertification Course
Service Description
This American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Recertification course is designed for experienced healthcare providers who need to renew their ACLS certification. The course reinforces key concepts in advanced emergency cardiovascular care, including recognition and management of cardiac arrest, arrhythmias, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes. Participants will review current AHA guidelines, practice advanced airway management, and participate in realistic, team-based megacode scenarios to strengthen clinical decision-making and leadership skills. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an updated AHA ACLS Provider eCard, valid for two years. Prerequisite: Current (unexpired or recently expired) AHA ACLS Provider certification and current BLS certification. Course Length: Approximately 5–6 hours (varies by class size and experience). Certification: American Heart Association ACLS Provider (2-year certification).
Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 01/08/2026 Rescue ED is committed to providing high-quality CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS training. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before registering for a class. Course Cancellations by Participant Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund of the tuition paid. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class date are not eligible for a refund. Failure to attend a scheduled class (no-shows) is not eligible for a refund. Course Cancellations by Rescue ED Rescue ED reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event Rescue ED cancels a class, participants will be offered: A full refund, or The option to transfer registration to a future class at no additional cost. Transfers At Rescue ED’s discretion, participants may be allowed to transfer their registration to another class date. Transfer requests must be made prior to the scheduled class and are subject to availability. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Non-Refundable Fees Any third-party fees, including but not limited to payment processing fees, may be non-refundable where permitted by law. Certification Issuance Rescue ED submits participant information to the American Heart Association within 24 hours of course completion. Refunds will not be issued due to delays in certification card issuance, as this process is managed by the American Heart Association.
